I was on the fourth floor, and it was mostly quiet. The rooms get cleaned daily, there's a 24 hour reception where staff speak English, and Carabanchel metro is a two minute walk away. The heater and AC didn't work, though, and a bleach smell stayed around after cleaning. It's a good hotel for solo travelers, but not really cheap. Getting to the airport took over 60 minutes.

The staff were friendly, and the nearby eateries and other amenities were decent. It was a great price, though the accommodation is somewhat limited. One shower door had come off its hinges, and it's quite a way from the city center. I suppose if it were any closer, I'd expect the price to go up.

A comfortable hostel close to a metro station, and good for the price. The front entrance staff in this tourist heavy city didn't seem very comfortable speaking English, which was a bit odd. Still, I'd recommend it if you want to explore the city without spending too much.

I'd avoid this place if you can. The management came across as untrustworthy and tricky, and saving a few bucks just isn't worth it when there are so many other places to choose from. Stay away.

Good choice for a short visit. The rooms were clean and had air conditioning, and the metro ride to the center takes about 20 minutes. I'd recommend it for a brief stay.
