It’s in the heart of Madrid, and the good value comes with clean, fairly spacious rooms rather than luxury. The place is open around the clock, but staff mainly handle check-ins, so there isn’t much service. We didn’t hear street noise and it was quiet, though the lack of outside-facing windows made the room feel a little cut off.

With temperatures over 30°C, having air conditioning in our room, a little fridge for drinks and a balcony door to let in fresh air was a real relief. The place is only two-star, but it was clean, comfortable and serviced every day, with reception open 24/7. We could walk to lots of interesting spots and try somewhere different to eat each time. Great value, and the Wi-Fi worked really well too.

The central Madrid location is handy, and the rooms were clean for a reasonable price. Staff were friendly too. The downside of being right in the center is the noise, day and night. Cars and bikes might wake light sleepers, and Friday and Saturday evenings are loud, as you’d expect.

We arrived late at night, so finding reception open 24 hours made the trip much easier. The place was easy to locate, about a two-minute walk from the metro, and we could walk to practically everything. Our room was very clean. The cleaner came each day to tidy up and replace the towels, and the staff were polite and always ready to help. Great value for the money. A must!

Right in the middle of Madrid, with restaurants, shops, bars and markets close by. If you like the busy pace of city life, you’ll enjoy it. You can easily walk to the tourist sights too.
