I felt safe here on my own, and the location was nice. My room wasn’t modern, but it was spacious enough. The walls were thin, so I could hear a lot happening outside the door. There was hardly any Wi-Fi in my room, but otherwise I had a good stay. I didn’t have a hair dryer, though the reception gave me one when I asked. I’d come back.

The location is great, but beyond that, you get what you pay for. On arrival, we found a loose hair in the sheet, and the rooms weren’t especially clean. They got extremely humid, and the windows couldn’t be opened for light or air. The walls were so thin that I heard the neighboring room’s alarm clearly, and it woke me up. Guests aren’t allowed at all, and staff made sure to remind us. They said visitors could wait in the common area, then told us they couldn’t and asked us to leave. There are much better places in Madrid for similar prices, especially if you find a B&B.

Very friendly reception, good rooms and a great location. I’d definitely recommend it!

A comfortable bed and a clean, pleasant room. The woman at reception explained everything clearly. I’d recommend staying here, especially for its central location.
