The place felt like a prison, with a tiny shower where you can hardly move. Worst stay I’ve ever had, and the price is expensive for such a hole. The person who seemed to work there was super rude because we arrived a little earlier than our arrival time. There’s no reception or waiting area. Getting the pin was a whole hassle: you have to check in online by yourself before they email you the instructions. For 10 euros a night, I wouldn’t complain, but 40-50-60 euros is a lot for somewhere this horrible. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. I’d go somewhere else.

The location was great, and the small room was okay. But management seemed lacking: there was usually nobody at reception, and our room wasn’t cleaned during the three days we stayed. Other guests were very loud late at night and smoked inside, even though the accommodation was non-smoking, and nobody did anything about it. It was also very hot because the heater was on and couldn’t be controlled from the room.

The room was tiny and ugly, with no window, just a grate opening onto the hallway. Whenever someone came back or left and switched on the light, it lit up our room. Neither the fan nor the AC worked. Even getting inside was a nightmare: I’d filled in all kinds of forms and scanned our passports beforehand, but they never sent the door PIN and didn’t check their Booking.com messages. After several difficult calls, we finally got a PIN, then found out we needed another code for the little key box. Its opening mechanism was absurdly complicated. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The location is great, but the rooms and bedding were dirty. It felt more like a student quat. Getting in was difficult because there was no staff.
