The staff were amazing, and the hotel has such lovely energy. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and they cleaned every day. The metro station is a five-minute walk away. We had a pleasant five-night stay, thank you! 10/10 😘☺️

It was my first time in Madrid, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was amazingly clean and the bed very comfortable. Service was excellent, and the metro was really close, about a five-minute walk.

The hotel itself is decent, but the Wi-Fi was down. The back side faces the street, and it can be hard to find. There was also confusion at the front desk, and they charged me twice, though they fixed the problem the next day.

Everything was spotless, and the place felt like a four-star hotel. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
