This feels like a hostel charging deluxe hotel prices, not a three star hotel. The building is old and dilapidated, it’s dirty, and the lights barely work. The photos are completely inaccurate. The towels were stained ORANGE. AVOID. For the same price, or maybe 10 euros more, you can stay somewhere that’s actually a hotel.

The staff are amazing, responsive, and friendly, and the location is great. The apartment is very noisy, though, and the superior deluxe room has no wardrop. The internet is terrible, and the towels are old.

The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and I had the best sleep of my stay. The place was very clean and perfectly located in the centre of town, right next to a 24/7 supermarket. I was in room 7, a double room in the corner of a building with other flats and residents. It felt somewhere between a hotel and a hostel, which suited me: there was no reception or anyone to check in with, so I had more independence. The windows didn’t look out onto anything, and the room lights were quite cold and white. I’d stay here again.

Room 8 was clean, a normal size, and very affordable for Madrid. It isn’t luxury, but has everything you need, so good value for the price. The location is perfect. The mattress should be changed because you roll toward the middle.

The spot is very central, surrounded by bars and restaurants, so it might be loud at night. We were lucky to visit during lockdown. The room looked more spacious in the pictures and had no heating, just AC that you could set to heat. We came in March, and the toilet seat was freezing!
