The compact room was clean, well maintained, and perfectly adequate for a comfortable night. The reception team were polite and professional, and the front desk manager was especially attentive and willing to help us more than once. Hotel Ópera also has impressive interior design, with a lot of attention to detail. We found the location excellent for getting around the surrounding area. Breakfast had a somewhat varied selection, and while it wasn't the highlight, the stay was very positive overall. The quality of service makes the hotel easy to recommend, and we look forward to coming back.

I won't stay here again. The bathroom is outdated, and in room 304 the toilet is tucked into a corner. The staff seemed incompetent and unhelpful. They registered me and told me to come back at 3, then I waited two hours and saw other people check in ahead of me. When I finally asked for my room key, they told me I had to register again. A 4-star hotel should have friendly staff.

We enjoyed good chats with the restaurant staff at the bar over a nightcap, and the food was excellent. We just got back from a lovely four-night city break at the Opera. It's very reasonably priced and perfectly situated, with immaculate rooms and staff who are more than happy to help. Well done to everyone at the Opera. We hope to see you again soon. Modern, very clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect spot, near the subway, restaurants, and shops. I'd definitely stay here again!

The single room was quite small, so be warned, but as a solo traveler I wasn't spending much time in the hotel anyway. The accommodations were clean and modern, and the location was perfect for visiting the tourist sights. I'd recommend it.
