The main drawback is getting here without a car. The nearest metro station is a 25-30 minute walk, so public transport can be a real hassle. Once at the hotel, though, the staff are very polite, especially Gaby at reception. The rooms are clean, kept up daily, and have the essentials. Breakfast isn't especially varied, but what they serve is good. For the money, it's a great value.

Gas and Gavi really made me feel welcome. They were warm, professional, and always willing to help, and their care was the highlight of my stay. My room was comfortable and clean, with everything I needed for a short city break. I had a wonderful time at ibis Hotel Madrid Vallecas and would stay there again on my next trip to Madrid.

It's a little out of the way, but still a good budget option. The hotel is basic and has what you need while traveling. Gabby and Gas gave me a kind welcome, and the staff were great.

Good location, and the room had what I needed. Breakfast was simple too, but fresh. Simple, but good.

The rooms were tidy and very clean, and housekeeping did a great job. The front desk staff were amazing, so nice and helpful when we needed directions or asked for assistance.
