The hotel looks appealing in the photos, but I didn’t find it as nice once I was there. I’d booked another stay for tomorrow on my way back, but cancelled it. I asked about the shuttle and was told I had to come get a ticket. At checkout, I said I’d have breakfast, assuming it was included, then return when it was time to leave. Instead, I was told I had to be there 15 minutes early and couldn’t get a ticket beforehand. The shuttle rules made no sense. I took a taxi to the hotel for 22 euros and was lucky to find an Uber to the airport for around 7 euros. If you’re short on time, don’t count on the shuttle. Check-in at 10 pm on 28/01 took a long time. No one offered breakfast or explained the hours when I asked. I’d assumed it was included, as on my usual business trips. Staff later said they couldn’t remind people at check-in that breakfast costs extra. If you’re charging for the room, explaining the breakfast option then would let guests decide whether to pay. With an international bank card, I may or may not be charged a fee each time I use it. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you arrive late before a morning flight. Being close to the airport is the point, but the practical details weren’t handled with much common sense.

We were so impressed that we’ve already booked two more stays for later this year. After a late flight, this was a perfect overnight stop. We booked a superior room with breakfast on the jotel website. It was very clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed and excellent walk-in shower. We slept well. Breakfast had plenty of choice, and Nieve and the team gave excellent service.

After we missed our flight, we arrived tired and stressed. The ibis Styles team welcomed us warmly and offered a day-use room at a lower cost so we could rest while waiting for the next flight. Javier was especially kind and professional. His warm welcome made a real difference in a difficult moment. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. It’s a handy option for an early flight because the hotel is near the airport. The shuttle pickup took quite a while, though, and they’d completely run out of toothpaste when I checked in. A little disappointing for a well-known hotel.
