The central location is really good, with a market nearby, and the people were nice. For an economical stay, it works well in that area. Still, not having a window in the single room was a problem for me. There are rooms with windows, but they cost 20€ more. The owner should take a look at this. Thanks for coordinating.

It was inexpensive, centrally located, and the WiFi worked well. I’m fine with a small 8m2 room and shared bathrooms, but having no window at all was a serious issue. The booking site didn’t mention it, and “claustrophobic” barely describes how it felt. If you’re considering staying, check about the window before you book.

For someone traveling alone, this place is a great deal. The rooms are small, can get hot in summer, and have no view, but that’s what I’d expect at this price. The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and there are enough bathrooms that I never had to wait. They’re cleaned daily, too. I’d book it and use the money saved to enjoy a great dinner on the Plaza Mayor.

The entrance felt dark, gloomy, and shoddy, and the poor soundproofing made noises seem even louder through the narrow doorway. The locks were in bad repair and frustrating to open. There are three to deal with before reaching the room: the building entrance, the main door, and the room door. The shower pressure was good, but each time I turned the water off and back on, it suddenly got very hot. Service was basically absent: they wouldn’t help store food in the fridge or make restaurant reservations. The staff member was rude over small things. I also heard her tell another guest that a 15-minute checkout extension required paying for another night because the cleaner had only an hour. That didn’t ring true, since I saw cleaning going on for a few hours the next day. Ridiculous. Given the price and location, I had a sense of what I was paying for, but those problems were still frustrating.
