The staff basically told us to take it or leave it, saying the hotel was full and there were no alternatives when we raised our concerns. We could hear toilets flushing and noise from other rooms, and the AC barely worked while making a lot of noise. The room smelled bad, wasn’t clean enough, and there were things on the sheets. It was extremely small, with a bed that wasn’t queen-sized and a bathroom without privacy. The hotel looked nothing like the photos. Very disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had an awful stay. The rooms were tiny, the bathrooms offered no privacy, and the beds weren’t the queen size advertised. The place didn’t look like the photos at all. When we asked for an explanation or a possible upgrade, nobody was willing to help, saying the hotel was fully booked. The service and response were very disappointing. I don’t recommend it.

The bed was comfortable and the shower and bathroom were good, though the room itself was small. The location was great, and the staff were great too. The sink was one small annoyance: it’s impractical and seems designed for looks over use. You can hear quite a bit of street noise at night. It didn’t bother me much and I slept well, but it’s something to keep in mind.

We booked a double room expecting a proper setup for two, but found one single bed pushed against the walls, with only one narrow side to get in and out. It was impractical and unacceptable for a double room. Management wouldn’t correct it or offer a reasonable option. Instead, they said we’d have to pay extra to get a bed two people could use comfortably. That was outrageous. I travel often and have stayed in plenty of hotels, but this was my worst experience. It felt like we’d have to crawl over each other just to get into bed. Their refusal to help, and attempt to upsell us, made everything worse.
