The gas water heater kept failing, so getting through a shower took two people. The second person had to watch it and reset it whenever the hot water stopped. The apartment was in poor repair too: the toilet paper holder and shower holder were broken. We reported both twice, but nothing was fixed by the end of our five-night stay. Stay away.

We got there at 10am. Yes, that’s early, but the room was ready. They wanted another 30 euros to let us in, even though the room cost 50 euros, or we could wait until 3pm. Charging almost double to use a room that’s already ready and waiting is unacceptable. We asked to speak to a supervisor and were refused. Reception is open only from 9:30am to 9pm, so be careful. They wouldn’t even empty the trash cans. This isn’t a hotel. The apartment was fully furnished with Ikea, but the table was broken and the coffee machine was missing a part. Checkout is at 12, and they come knock at your door, or you can pay another 30 euros to stay half an hour longer.

THIEVES. GIVE OUR 1050€ DEPOSIT BACK. We stayed for one month in December and paid a 1050€ deposit before moving into the apartment. They still haven’t returned it, and they won’t give us a reason or reply to emails. The front desk staff also refuse to connect us with anyone responsible by phone. The stay was bad, and the service while we were there was even worse. This is revolting. THIEVES.

The room itself was nice, and the staff were too. It was smaller than I expected, though, and the so-called balcony opened straight onto a really noisy road. Didn't get much sleep. I’ll need to find earplugs for the next three nights.
