Luxury Flats Madrid Center

The loft bed was really comfortable, and I slept like a baby. It sits above the desk and you get to it by steps or a ladder, though, so that could be tricky if you have mobility issues. The apartment was kept very clean, and sharing the bathroom with the guests in the other room was no problem. George was lovely to meet and kind enough to cook for me and offer whatever resources I needed. It’s in a great spot near Alonso Martinez metro station. If you want a central room with a local touch, I recommend it.

The service isn’t good.

George was a friendly, helpful host who did his best to make the stay pleasant, and the location is central. Still, I can’t recommend "Luxury Rooms Madrid." For the price, I expected more comfort and a better standard. The place felt like an upscale shared flat, not a luxury apartment, and there are plenty of better-value options in Madrid. The bunk bed was especially concerning to climb into and could have been safer. That wasn’t clear from the description, so the reality didn’t match what I expected. I’m giving two stars for the location and George’s effort.

The owner was attentive and made sure every little detail was taken care of. We had a peaceful, comfortable night. Thank you!
