Evaristo was a kind, helpful host and clearly works hard. The place was tidy and shiny, and thank God, no carpets. My room was comfortable and had what I needed: wifi, tv, lamps, heating, a chair and a table. There was a small issue with the bathroom door, but it didn't spoil the experience. I'd recommend this place.
The staff were cool and really nice, and the bed was nice too. You're very close to Gran Via, and the WiFi signal was good. We were on the 4 floor, with an elevator. There was a little noise from other rooms, but it wasn't a big deal.
The hotel is in a good location, but the air conditioner didn't work and the bathroom in my room smelled awful. It was a bad experience for me.
We stayed here through a go voyage package, and it was the worst hotel ever. The service was bad, the rooms weren't cleaned, and we could hear the neighbors. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Loved the rates and the location. The service was great, and everyone was super friendly!
