Moncloa room apartments

After reading some reviews, I wanted to add a bit of context. My room was really clean, especially for this price, and the staff were very friendly. Their English is quite good. There are curtains, so light doesn't come in. The only downside I can think of is that the rooms are at street level and you can hear the street. I'm a happy customer!

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the sleeping setup was awful. I only stayed one night. My room was at street level right by the road, and it was VERY noisy. There were no curtains, and a bright streetlamp was right outside. I couldn't open the window because passersby could look straight in at me in bed. I'm 1.65 metres tall and the bed was barely longer than that, so tall people should stay away. Cannot recommend!!!

The staff are nice, but the rooms aren't great. You can hear everything in the hallway and from the neighbouring rooms.

For the price, it's very good. The place is clean and nice, and the staff are friendly. The downside is the very thin walls. I could hear everything from my neighbours.
