Muralto Madrid Princesa

Our family stayed here before the wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. The staff were super friendly and helped accommodate all our needs. The location is great, and the rooms are spacious with everything you need. They’ve been renovated recently, though some work is still in progress. Highly recommend, and thank you!

It’s a quiet area that worked well for our family, with restaurants, supermarkets and other places within walking distance. The aparthotel is convenient for getting around the city. The furniture is a bit dated, but it’s clean, which matters most. We dealt with two men at reception, including Roberto, who was so nice and attentive. He took care of all our needs and made the stay really lovely. I’d recommend it.

Our room was spacious, almost like an apartment, with a little kitchen, living area and balcony. We had two twin beds pushed together as one larger bed, and there was also a couch with a pullout. The staff were amazing. I left my engagement ring behind and only realized at the airport, after security, with about an hour and a half until boarding. We called reception, and they immediately sent housekeeping to look for it. Thankfully, they found it. The front desk arranged for their taxi service to bring it to the airport, and we got it just before boarding. They could have mailed it, but I felt better having it in hand. Top tier service. I couldn’t be happier, thank you!

The included breakfast was a big plus, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming and ready to help. The hotel is on a quiet street, so it feels peaceful and relaxing, but getting around is still easy. It’s close to several major sights and public transport. A great mix of comfort, location and hospitality. Highly recommended!
