NH Collection Madrid Abascal

I especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace, a calm place to have a drink after a day exploring Madrid. The location was also great, close to restaurants, shops, and the city centre. My room was spotless, beautifully put together, and had everything I needed, including a Nespresso machine and a very comfortable bed. The hotel balances classic elegance with modern comfort, and the staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Madrid Abascal and would recommend it for business or leisure.

The view from my room was great, and the room itself was clean with a comfortable bed. The service was excellent, and I liked having the Alexa device. It was in line with what I’ve come to expect from NH.

I travel for work a lot, and at some big chains it feels like services keep getting cut. Here I had everything I needed, including practical little in-room amenities that helped when I was on the move. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful the whole time. I had a really good stay and would choose it again.

We had a quiet room and slept really well. It was immaculate when we checked in to Room 424 on 9-22, and check-in was quick. We were even able to check in early. There are two metro stations close by, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Rebeca, Cristina and Azucena, thanks for all the hard work and courtesy. Javier, thank you for bringing up my wife's birthday amenity. I didn’t get the housekeeper’s name, but please pass along my thanks. Paula Fernandez, thanks for the help and quick email replies. And thank you to all the staff who made our stay so good. If you’re deciding where to stay, just book, you won’t regret it!
