NH Collection Madrid Gran Vía

The staff are what really made my stay. Housekeeping was discreet and meticulous, and the Guest Relations team was warm and full of good recommendations. Bianca and Veronica took great care of me, and Pablo deserves a special thank you for the friendly, efficient check-in and checkout. My room was spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable, with adjustable temperature, excellent soundproofing, and a bed that made for a great night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, and the city views were stunning. Gran Vía is right outside, with the metro only steps away and major sights, shops, bars, and restaurants all within walking distance. The city's atmosphere is right at the door. Highly recommended.

The team were friendly, helpful, and very nice throughout our four nights, and we were pleasantly surprised by an upgrade to a better room. The location on Gran Vía is ideal, with restaurants and shops nearby. There were a few concerns: only one water bottle was provided each day, and we had to pay for extras. Street noise can reach the lower floors, and the lobby is quite small. I was also concerned when there was an attempt to deduct around €700 from the deposit.

The bed was the one thing I didn't feel good about. When one of us moved even a little, the whole bed shook and I could feel it, which made the night a bit annoying. Otherwise, the room was small but fine for me and my partner, and the soundproofing was pretty good at night. The location is nice for walking around Gran Via and the city center all day, then heading back to rest before going out again. All the staff and service were really great, no complaints there.

We've stayed here before and it's always highly recommended. It's a beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid, with an elegant feel, a superb breakfast, and a wonderful team. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Bianca from Guest Relations goes above and beyond to make each stay memorable.
