The staff were friendly and very helpful, and we had a very good room service meal. Breakfast was a large buffet, with eggs cooked to order just as you wanted. We spent a couple of nights here on a Madrid weekend break in a very comfortable junior suite. It had a separate sitting area on a mezzanine floor. The location worked well too, with shopping streets and metro stations nearby, and about a 15-minute walk to the Prado or the Royal Palace. Highly recommended.

The staff were so kind to our six-month-old during her first international trip and our first visit to Madrid. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and one person took a couple of minutes to entertain her, then came back with a little teddy bear from the back. She loved it then and still does. The crib was good quality, and they had thoughtful baby items like brushes and a robe. Our room was spacious and wonderful, and the team's warmth made the whole stay feel special. Everything was an easy walk away, with lots of food nearby and the local subway ready for getting around. I'd happily stay here again on our next Madrid visit, especially with young children. Fantastic experience!

Maria deserves a special thank you for all her help and support during my stay. She made a lovely visit even better. I also appreciated the great service from Kamal, Kheirou, and Lori, and wish them all continued success. The hotel was clean and comfortable, in a great spot near many tourist attractions. I'll definitely come back. Ahmed Alsuwaidi

The reception and restaurant staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Jairo, who looked after us so well at breakfast. We enjoyed the food there, with good quality and plenty of variety, including hot dishes outside the breakfast menu. The room was clean, well designed, and had what we needed for travel. Getting to sights was easy by bus, metro, or on foot. We really enjoyed our stay.

The team were attentive and kind, and went out of their way to make our baby feel special and ensure we had everything we needed. Those thoughtful touches made the trip memorable. We had such a lovely stay at NH Collection Palacio de Tepa. The location was very convenient, and I'd highly recommend it to families or anyone who values caring service.
