Ok Hostel Madrid

I spent two nights here while renewing my passport and hanging out. It works well for young people and professionals, whether you're staying one night or longer. Breakfast is great value, the staff are super friendly, and evenings are pretty quiet. There's a relaxed lounge, a snooker table, a kitchen with a microwave, and a nice machine for coffee and hot chocolate. 10/10.

My private room was clean and the staff are usually friendly, though every so often you meet someone a bit colder. Since it's a hostel with people coming and going at all hours, the walls being thin means earplugs are a good idea. Great location.

The reception team really made the stay for me. I'd give them 100/10: they're cheerful, helpful, and always smiling. Esteban and Annia took time to explain everything about the city and made me feel welcome. I had a clean, comfortable private room. It wasn't fancy, but it was well kept, which is what matters in a hostel. The location is excellent too, just a few minutes' walk from many of Madrid's main attractions. I'd definitely recommend it for a short visit.

Annia made the stay stand out. She's beautiful, very professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. Breakfast is included if you book directly with the hostel, and it's served from 8-11 am. There's free tea and water all day, free lockers, and you can use the kitchen whenever you like. The location is fantastic, right by the metro and within a 15-minute walk of the busy area. One guy at reception wearing glasses seemed a bit rude, which was my only minor gripe. I'd still definitely recommend the hostel.
