We found it easy to walk to lots of restaurants and bars, including Devils Cut, La Birra, and Salmon Guru. One Shot Prado is a great spot in the city center, and the staff were really accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and inviting, even if it wasn't especially luxurious. Street noise wasn't too bad. I slept one night with the balcony door open and loved it. I'll be back!

Getting around from Hotel One Shot Prado was very convenient. The room was comfortable and well kept, and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout. I had a very enjoyable stay. 🏨😊✨👍

The service really stood out at One Shot Prado. Everyone was professional and welcoming, and happy to offer local tips, whether for finding a tucked-away tapas bar or figuring out the nearby metro. The hotel sits in Barrio de las Letras, close to the Prado, Thyssen-Bornemisza, and Reina Sofía, so it worked especially well as a base for seeing art and the city. Inside, it has a modern boutique feel, with high ceilings, exposed brick, and contemporary artwork. My room felt like a quiet retreat after busy plazas, with a very comfortable bed and a good rainfall shower. For its location and design, it felt like a strong-value, stylish place to stay.

The front desk staff were lovely and professional, and the location is fantastic. But the hotel itself has seen better days. Everything from the entrance and elevators to the hallways and room was scuffed or damaged. We paid 200€ a night for our April 10-12, 2026 stay, so expecting better than damaged furniture and mold on the shower grout doesn't seem unreasonable. It's a 3-star place, but the photos on Booking and the hotel's website are quite misleading.

After we were moved out of the first Executive Room, we still spent the whole night without hot water. That first room was in unacceptable condition, with filthy floors and pipes backing up a disgusting smell. I contacted management to ask for a refund or compensation, but they haven't responded for three days. A complete nightmare and absolutely terrible service.
