There’s free water, tea, and coffee, and the bathroom supplies include conditioner as well as shampoo and body wash. Renato is incredibly helpful and just a message away, able to come by in 10 minutes if you need anything. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and the facilities are excellent. The best hostel in Madrid, highly recommend!

The rooms were spotless, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature, much appreciated in Madrid’s summer heat. They had everything I needed, including coffee, towels, soap, and shampoo. It was one of my best hostel stays, with very clean spaces and friendly, helpful staff. Incredible!

They’ve thought of everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Getting in was easy: they message you the door code and general instructions, including where to find the key. Nobody greets you, and you don’t have to interact with anyone. They’ve set up the system really well. Inside, my bed was clean, with towels, a small shower kit, and a large drawer with a lock. There was a fresh, clean smell as soon as I walked in. The beds have curtains, and there’s plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, plus a hairdryer and sanitary pads. You can use the washer and dryer for 10 Euros. For breakfast, I went every day to a cafe two or three minutes away. The guy there was really helpful, and he was the only person I spoke to who was connected to the hostel. The location in Sol Square is excellent. It’s an apartment converted into a hostel inside a passageway, with rooms for 6, 4, and 2 people. I stayed in a six-person room. I think it was the only one with a window, and it had two bathrooms, so I never had to wait. The only issue was that there wasn’t hot water around 11 PM on my last day. Apart from that, I had no problems and would go again.
