Oshun Valdecanillas was very clean and matched its description. The service was great, and I had a really good stay. I'd definitely come back.

Even with proof that I'd had an accident and surgery, I couldn't get a solution from them. The lack of help with an unforeseen situation was awful, and it doesn't seem to be the first time. I definitely wouldn't recommend this accommodation.

I got in late, but the code they gave me worked without any trouble. The location is great and gets plenty of natural light.

The management and the furniture are both a mess. I agree with the other negative reviews. It's a shame, and I hope they sort the place out.

Everything felt new and was really comfortable. I wasn't sure how to get in, but they helped me by phone. Thanks so much!
