The room gets really small if you're staying for a while, though the location is amazing for a short visit. There was an annoying noise all night, probably a washing machine. We told the owner, so hopefully they can fix it. Service was good, but everything was handled through messages.

We could leave our bags before check-in, which was great, and the air conditioning worked really well. The room itself was lovely, clean, and quiet, in an amazing location. The only drawback was the small window, which let in little natural light and didn't give us much airflow.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. It's easy to walk to just about anywhere from this great spot in Madrid. The staff were friendly and made sure we knew how to get inside before we arrived. We enjoyed the stay.

The only snag was arriving by car. We didn't know central Madrid has driving restrictions, and it would've been helpful to know that ahead of time. Otherwise, the small rooms made smart use of the space and were comfortable. Great value for a little hotel right in the heart of Madrid.

My room was ready even before check-in, and the staff were so friendly. The place was spotless and quiet, with a metro station and several bus stops within walking distance. I was really happy with my vacation stay and would definitely recommend PacoRooms.
