The single room had no window, just an opening above the door, but it was private and close to everything. If you want a room with a window, contact them before paying, since only double rooms have windows. They welcomed me even though I contacted them late via WhatsApp. The staff were cooperative, and when I asked to change the sheets, they were clean on the second day. That's how it was.

The rooms are very basic and rundown. Noise from reception, the front door, and other guests is absolutely horrendous. There's a water vending machine in reception that sounds like an aircraft taking off. Probably the worst place I've ever stayed.

The price was good, and the beds were comfortable. Staff were kind, too. The rooms are a little dated and can be noisy, but the location works really well. Just note the right address is Jeronimo street 30, not the one shown on Google map.

The staff were friendly, and the central location was a plus. Those are the reasons I’m giving it two stars. The Wi-Fi simply didn’t work, despite being advertised. I ended up using my mobile data out of desperation. Don’t rely on getting wireless internet here. At best it was maybe 1kbp/min, and it kept crashing. The walls are also paper thin, so you hear what’s happening in other rooms as if it’s right beside you.
