The location is fantastic for getting around: Ciudad Lineal metro station is 150 meters away, and the direct green Line 5 takes about 20-30 minutes to Gran Via and the city center. The bus station with lots of routes around the city is just across from the metro. The rooms and rest of the property were tidy, clean, and comfortable. The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful, and available 24/7. As a frequent traveler, this is one of the best value-for-money places I've stayed. Quite possibly a perfect spot for budget travelers.

Breakfast was good, and the room was okay. The hotel has an old-fashioned feel and lots of parking. A few little things could be improved.

The service was the best I've experienced. As a breastfeeding mom, I felt at home: the staff were kind, attentive, and proactive, and I could pump and store milk without any stress. The rooms are large, and the temperature was perfect for sleeping. The location may not be the best in all of Madrid, but Petit Palace Arturo Soria is a great choice for families or anyone who needs a little extra care. I'm confident you'll be looked after.

The room and floors felt a bit cold. When we tried heating the room, the AC was very noisy and warmed it up fast, so we had to turn it off again and could only run it for short spells. Madrid seemed to be having an unusually rainy, heavy season in March, with hard rain every day while we were there. We're from Northern Europe and figured hotels in warmer countries like Spain may not be built for that. The hotel is in a nice spot away from the busy center, with the metro almost next door. It's about 15 minutes to the city center, 25 to the airport, and 30 to Bernabeu. The room was spacious and had what we needed. The TV offered lots of local and radio channels, plus screen mirroring from our own device. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider selection than we expected at a smaller hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and fluent in English, which we found wasn't so common everywhere in Madrid. Even the General Manager checked in with us over breakfast and asked how we were enjoying our stay and the food selection.

The lounge has free water and a coffee machine, and there's a metro station a couple of minutes away. It's about 20 minutes to the city center by metro. Breakfast was really good, with plenty to choose from. Our rooms were clean and had fresh towels every day. Everyone working here, from reception to housekeeping and the cook, was kind and made us feel welcome. Lovely family hotel. I'd choose it again!
