We had a superior double room with a fantastic terrace and a view of Madrid. With a central location, the outside noise comes with the territory. The room got warm while the AC was off, but it probably could have been sorted out if we'd stayed longer. All the staff were competent and helpful, especially Flavio, who kindly arranged our early check-in. The breakfast was excellent. A lovely hotel in the heart of the city, very much recommended.

We've been at Petit Palace Triball Hotel for two weeks and are staying another week. It's comfortable, well located, and the staff are incredibly friendly. Flavio at reception deserves a special thanks: he kindly helped us switch to a better room for our last week and took care of everything smoothly. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. A lovely hotel with a wonderful team, highly recommended! Sandy & Fatih

The small lobby is a cozy place to work, and there's also a nice little coffee shop. Breakfast was decent for 17 euros. At Petit Palace Chueca, the rooms were spacious and fully renovated. The shower and amenities were great, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It's a charming boutique hotel. Flavio at reception was especially friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely stay again.

It's a lovely place to stay, with cute rooms and a central location. The hotel mixes modern and antique touches, and the staff were very nice, friendly, and professional. The cafeteria beside reception is a wonderful addition. There was a really nice woman there, though I think her name started with a T. Parking is difficult, but if you're not driving, it's the perfect spot. We loved our stay.

The room was remarkably quiet even with all the city bustle outside. I could open the door to the balcony for fresh air, which was a great touch. The room was a good size and the bed very comfortable, so it was easy to unwind after a day out. The front desk were polite and efficient, and check-in felt smooth and welcoming. Housekeeping were friendly and did a great job refreshing the room daily. Petit Palace Chueca is a fantastic base for exploring, with everything a short walk away. Highly recommended!
