Petit Palace Tres Cruces

You can get around easily from here, with the main square close by and restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and shops just steps away. Even though it's right in the heart of the city, the area feels comfortable and easy to navigate. A great base for sightseeing if you like having everything within walking distance.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the price was great. My room was small, as I think the website indicated, but it was clean, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The hotel is close to Gran Via, good restaurants, and shopping. Thank you!

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the reception staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and the room was okay, though the shower didn't work very well and its cabin door was missing.

We were right among the shops and restaurants, and Madrid is easy to get around on foot. Our clean room had a cute little balcony, and housekeeping did a great job. We stayed three nights and would come back. The AC took a couple of hours to cool the room, so we left it running while we were out. On the first day, we called maintenance to clean the filter, and reception responded quickly and tried to sort it out. Our room had an unusual L-shaped corner layout beside another room. At night we sometimes heard doors slamming and chairs moving. The shower also left a small puddle on the bathroom floor. Those felt like ordinary quirks of an older European building and didn't spoil the stay.
