The room was cleaned and neatly arranged every day, and the cleanliness was outstanding. All the staff were kind, friendly, and ready to help, dealing with our requests straight away. The hotel is in a very convenient location. Highly recommended.

Juan Antonio welcomed us at reception, and the rest of the stay was just perfect. The hotel is in La Latina, one of Madrid’s coolest districts, close to the main attractions. Location, staff, breakfast, rooms, all of it was perfect. A five-star experience. We can’t wait to come back 😊

The location was very good, the rooms were spacious and clean, and breakfast had lots of choice. The beds and pillows were much too hard for me, though, and there was quite a bit of noise. The staff were okay.

During the week of November 10th, 2025, I had a great stay. The rooms were clean, quiet, and backed up by A+ service. The front desk staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. They gave me a map when I arrived and marked out where to go, and they always knew the answer to my questions. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. There were loads of restaurants and bars nearby, and the area felt very safe. There was also a nightclub right across the street for a night of dancing. I’ll definitely stay here again when I return to Madrid. Totally recommend it.

Breakfast has plenty of options, and the central location puts most of the main sights and activities within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with a fridge, kettle, and powerful shower. Lovely hotel, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
