La Latina is one of Madrid's oldest neighborhoods, possibly the oldest, and there's plenty to do nearby. The hotel building dates to 1868, and its location is ideal for getting around. It's a boutique place, so the rooms are on the small side, though they have mini-fridges. The staff are attentive and keep working to make the stay pleasant.

Our balcony overlooking the road was a real treat, and the church bells on Sunday were wonderful. The location was just right for us, surrounded by tapas spots and friends coming together in the evenings for great food and a good time. The hotel has a lively little bar area of its own, plus several places to enjoy a meal at the restaurant. Staff were wonderful. The rooms were clean and quiet, with lovely decor, great linens, and seriously comfortable beds. Charming and perfect. We'd happily stay again and again. Thanks for such a lovely visit! ♡

We had a great stay at Posada Del Dragón with the family. It's well placed near Plaza Mayor for seeing Madrid on foot, and our room was cozy and clean with a nice view. The staff were super friendly, and we loved the restaurant's tapas.

We really liked this boutique hotel in a prime tourist area. Our room was neat, clean, and comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly even in late fall. Plaza Mayor is a five-minute walk, with La Latina's restaurants and nightlife just steps away. There's a bar and coffee bar in the lobby. Parking is tricky, though there are public underground spaces within a ten-minute walk. Check whether breakfast is included in your rate, since the breakfast bar costs $30. Plenty of other breakfast places are a short stroll away.

A quiet place to sleep with friendly staff, on La Cava Baja, one of Madrid's best streets. The accommodation is very basic and affordable.
