The location is wonderful, and booking directly was good for the price. But the rooms need more comfortable furniture. A few chairs would help, since there's nowhere proper to sit and eat. The bathroom sink barely drains, and there’s mold in the corners. Next time I'll choose one of the more convenient Madrid options, even if it costs a little more. Good luck, Henry.

Henry was attentive when we arrived, and getting to the place was easy. The room was really nice and comfortable. We shared the kitchen and bathroom with other tenants, but the other guests were quiet and kept the shared spaces clean, so we were lucky.

The rooms are in a house that feels like a student apartment, and I found the place cold in both its look and its actual temperature. I had to sleep in my coat on both nights. Street noise was bad, but sounds from the other rooms were even worse. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We stayed at H&R for a few days and would definitely come back. The rooms are in a traditional building, and Clara keeps them spotless and well cared for. She was incredibly kind, and the place has a lot of charm. The location is excellent too. Highly recommended, and thanks for everything.
