I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are beautiful and modern, with good space and nice bathrooms. The location is perfect, about a 10-minute walk from Atocha station and within walking distance of city center attractions. I felt safe coming and going, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Would love to return.

We had a great little base for a few days of exploring Madrid, my 10-year-old son and I. It’s a solid hotel in an excellent spot, on an attractive, quiet street. There are loads of lovely independent restaurants, tapas places, and bars nearby. The place is clean and well put together, and our room was well kept and had everything we needed. The spa is gorgeous and very reasonably priced. Marina, if I’ve got her name right, and the rest of the staff were helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and this was one of my favorites. Great location, perfect service, and clean, spacious, well-equipped rooms. The breakfast was the one letdown. The choices were poor, and the woman responsible for service during our visit in April 2026 did an even worse job. Everything else was closer to five stars, but breakfast was three. It seems like an issue that could be fixed.

Wendy at reception, the Cuban woman, was especially warm, helpful and professional. She made us feel welcome throughout the stay. I also loved the refill stations on the guest floors, a thoughtful eco-friendly touch. The hotel is right by Madrid’s main museums, restaurants and sights, so it’s easy to explore on foot. A really enjoyable visit, and I’d happily come back and recommend it.

A handy regular spot for me near the centre. Cafes and places to eat are all around, and Gran Via is about a 10-15 minute walk. Breakfast and the amenities are enjoyable, though the ironing options are lacking. The airport is around 20-25 minutes away by cab. 9/10.
