I made great friends from Europe and Latin America during my stay, and everyone at the residence was nice and respected quiet hours. The place isn’t elegant, but it is clean, and Tony and Esperanza are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is its biggest advantage, close to several subway lines, gyms, different restaurants, and a large park. Laundry service was convenient, as was having nearly all meals prepared and someone clean the room every day. Breakfast was always toast with jam and coffee. Lunch varied between chicken, stew, or pasta, with salad and dessert, and dinner was similar to lunch. It’s an excellent option for students.

They sell you a room and then won’t give it to you. It’s a scam, and getting your money back is very difficult. If you try booking, use a credit card.

Very basic room: no light switch, reading lamp, or chair, and not even a glass in the bathroom. Watch your fingers when opening the entrance door.

The breakfast was simple and okay, but it was served in a dark back room, which wasn’t okay. My single room with bathroom was very basic and outdated. It was clean, but needs refurbishing, and the walls are very thin.

The owner was available whenever I had a request, and I felt really comfortable. The location is the best part, since you can walk to pretty much all of Madrid’s best bars and cool areas. Highly recommend.
