The apartment's location is convenient, close to OPERA metro station and easy to reach other places from there. The staff were great and gave us lots of tips on where to find food and drinks. The rooms are presentable, but on the small side. A tea, coffee, and cutlery table would be useful.

The location was perfect, about a five-minute walk down to the main square and city area, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants. We stayed four nights in July 2025 for the AC/DC concert. The apartments were clean and nicely presented, and the staff were lovely, friendly, and welcoming. They kept in contact in case we needed anything during the stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, though cramped with two people. Ours had a small hairdryer in the bathroom, a small ironing board and iron, and a decent-sized TV. It was extremely hot outside 🥵 so we kept the AC on the whole time. We did acquire a colony of ants in our room, but it didn't bother us much. A little tea or coffee machine would be my one suggestion, since there isn't a kitchen area or fridge for things bought at the local supermarket. We couldn't even have cornflakes because we had no bowls or anything to put them in for breakfast 😆. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others visiting Madrid. Beautiful city and a great experience.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was handy that they let us leave our luggage for free at their office, so there was no need to rent a locker in the city when our flight back was late and we arrived in Madrid early. Tourist attractions and train stations are close, with restaurants nearby and a grocery store just a few metres from the hotel.

We stayed for four nights and felt very safe, with three keys needed to get into the room. The room was basic, but clean and spacious, and halfway through our stay it was cleaned and given fresh towels and bedding. The location couldn't be better. We WhatsApped ahead to clarify details and confirm check-in, and the customer service was excellent. Great value for money!

The worst room maintenance I've ever seen. Everything was dirty, including the supposedly white sheets, which were actually grey. There was no coffee, tea, or even water, and the room was so tiny the bed barely fit. They refused to provide cups and wouldn't clean the room. A sliding curtain was the only thing between the room and the even tinier bathroom, so sounds and smells carried through. The technology was the scariest part. The hotel required photos of all guests and their passports, but nobody was on site to help. On day two, someone decided our photos didn't match the passports and locked us out. We had to beg to get back in so we could take the photos again. We felt like prison inmates. On the morning we left, we stepped out for breakfast and got locked out again, with the explanation that our stay expired at 11am. We had to wait outside until 11am, when someone finally arrived for work and answered our umpteenth phone call. NOT RECOMMMENDED unless you want to ruin your visit. UPDATE: They said, "by law it is compulsory for everyone to be checked in." The hotel made us check in days before we arrived. The owner's response still doesn't explain why we were locked out for long periods on days two and three. The technology is raw and the owner's attitude is uncooperative.
