Hotel Tach Madrid Airport

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with firm beds, a powerful shower, and smart TVs. The hotel was clean, and the Barjas Metro station is only a five-minute walk away. The route is simple: cross the road after leaving the station, head toward Burger King, then turn right. The hotel is about 100 metres along. My one gripe is that standard rooms don't come with a kettle, which seems odd. Checkout at 12 is a big plus. I'd definitely stay again.

Friendly, efficient service, and a clean, spacious room that was more than enough for us. For an airport night, it’s good value: the Metro is a short walk away and just one stop from the airport, while Uber or Bolt are also quite cheap. The downside was hearing people walk through the hallway and the cleaning staff, since the doors don’t seal well.

We usually book about six hours here after arriving in Madrid on a transatlantic flight. The rooms are dark and quiet, just right for a nap after a red-eye. That three-to-four-hour rest seems to leave us ready to continue travelling or enjoy the evening in Madrid. We take the Metro to Barajas and walk to the hotel. It’s also a reasonable airport choice because the first Metro stop is within walking distance, and Barajas has a good selection of local restaurants nearby.

A handy place to stay near the airport, with spacious, clean rooms and free juice and water in the minibar. The breakfast was ordinary, though I really liked the fresh orange juice. The cappuccino from the machine was very bad, so I’d recommend getting an espresso and adding milk separately. Soundproofing isn’t great, and we could hear other guests talking loudly in the corridors.
