The hostel is ideally placed for exploring Madrid, and both reception staff were friendly and very helpful. They even offered to carry our luggage upstairs. We stayed four nights; the rooms were a little small but perfectly adequate, serviced daily and kept clean.

Everything you need is available in central Madrid, and it felt clean and safe. The receptionist was friendly and marked places to visit around Madrid on a map for us. Thank you. If we return to Madrid, we'd definitely choose this place again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A super cute room with a balcony for smoking, crouching tiger, seeking dragon mode.

Gala and Maria were amazing, the loveliest hosts. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, and Gala made our time in Madrid really memorable. The hostal was cute, clean, and well kept, with a location as central as you can get. This was the most enjoyable stay of our five-week Europe trip. Thank you, Gala 💙

Plaza Mayor is very close, and you can explore Madrid’s center on foot from this great location. Reception is friendly and available 24/7. We booked late and paid more, but I’d recommend it if you book ahead and mainly need a place to sleep. The small rooms were enough for that, and everything was clean. The bed linen could be newer, which was my only complaint. They changed the towels daily and made the bed. You have to leave your room key at reception when you go out and pick it up when you return. Sound carries from other rooms, so the soundproofing could be better.
