We had a good stay and would happily return. Guests can book lots of useful spaces for free, including the coworking area, gym, panel court, podcast room, and art and scenics room. There’s more too. And thanks to Lenin at reception, always ready to help and greet you with a huge smile!

The modern look and facilities make this residence seem appealing at first, but living here has been a mess. Reception and management are awful. If you order a delivery, be prepared for it not to arrive. The drop-off locker has problems about half the time, and reception won’t help resolve them. They’re indifferent at best and rude at worst.

Carlos, the manager, gave me a tour and explained everything clearly and professionally. He’s a lovely, friendly person to talk to. I visited Node Living a week ago and thought it was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and cozy, and everything felt made for people.

I needed an invoice for a business stay, but even the travel agency that books our hotels couldn’t get one. At checkout, I asked for it and was told they couldn’t print it. Getting in touch with the hotel was just as bad: there’s no contact email, and when I called several times, I waited over 19 minutes on some occasions without getting anywhere. The customer service isn’t just terrible, it’s nonexistent. Avoid staying here for business.
