The Madrid EDITION

The modern feel is nice, and both the service and rooms were good. I’d recommend trying the bar and breakfast. My only gripe is the lighting: I wish there were a brighter setting, since my eyes are too old for the mood lighting. Probably more of a me issue! The EDITION is conveniently central but still away from the chaos, and I’d recommend it.

Francisco, the manager, deserves a special thank-you. He anticipated what we needed, handled things with real care and professionalism, and made our stay feel important to him. That kind of attention and leadership is rare, and it raised the bar for the whole experience. The Madrid EDITION is beautifully designed and very well run, with an elegant, calm and welcoming feel from the moment you enter. The rooms are lovely, the beds extremely comfortable, and the thoughtful details add up. Staff throughout the hotel were polished, friendly and attentive. The location is excellent too. This was more than a good hotel stay for us, it was memorable. The Madrid EDITION has a lifelong fan, and Francisco made it especially outstanding. We can’t wait to return. Highly recommended.

A dependable choice for a business trip. The central location worked well for meetings, and the staff were friendly and efficient. My room was modern, though the desk area felt a little small. The lobby and lounge were much more comfortable places to get work done.

As a solo traveler, I felt safe, welcome and well connected to the parts of Madrid I wanted to see. The location made it easy to explore neighborhoods, shops and cultural landmarks. What made the stay memorable, though, was the team. Everyone I met was warm, attentive and often seemed to anticipate what I needed before I asked. My room was elegant, modern and comfortable, and housekeeping kept it pristine and thoughtfully arranged. It felt like a quiet retreat in the city. Room service was prompt and polished, with high-quality meals that made a quiet night in feel special. The restaurants and bars also had a welcoming atmosphere, with attentive service and good attention to detail, whether I stopped for a cocktail or a full meal. From my arrival onward, guest services set a lovely tone with their professionalism and genuine care. The whole experience at The Madrid EDITION was exceptional. It’s where luxury comes with warmth, and I’ll absolutely be back.
