There isn't a breakfast option here, so keep that in mind when choosing the hotel. I also found the bathroom inconvenient: the shower and toilet aren't separated, so water covers the whole area after a shower. I had to put down towels just to use the bathroom.

There are lots of green spaces around the building for dog walks, and the place is dog friendly. There were so many dogs, though, and some were noisier or less well behaved than ours. The studio itself was modern and new, with kitchen appliances and a dishwasher that looked unused. The room was cold when we arrived and took a day to warm up. We were beside reception and could hear everyone coming in, as well as people playing pool at 2am. A room farther from reception would've made this a five-star stay, I'm sure. We were only there for a couple of nights. It's a good spot if you're driving, with free parking and a 20-minute drive to Madrid center, which was surprisingly easy to reach and cheap to park in compared with most large European cities. There's a shopping center, supermarkets and bakeries within walking distance, and a nearby subway station if you're without a car.

The building is quite new, and the rooms looked just like the pictures. I gave it 5/5 partly because reception was a pleasure to deal with and getting a room was so easy and quick. A few things to know: the location is at the edge of the city, so it can get dusty and windy. There are no washing machines in the rooms, but paid washers are available in the ground-floor laundry room. Room doors can also be very loud when people leave without holding them.

A really cozy living space for an affordable price. The place was amazing and clean, with friendly staff and a fantastic view from the front.
