The deposit caused a bit of a hassle at check-in. The app kept failing, and calling the owners didn't sort it out. We eventually tried different credit cards until one worked and we could get into the apartment. It would help if guests could choose another way to pay, or if staff could come collect the deposit when something goes wrong. Apart from that, everything was fine. The apartment itself was good, with no complaints about the rooms, toilets, shower, or beds. We had a nice stay.
We were in an apartment facing the street, and the noise made it basically impossible to sleep at night without noise-cancelling headphones. The main road is loud, and there are two trash carts outside the building. Every day at 1 a.m., two collection trucks come to pick up the rubbish. The app for opening the building gate and apartment door is really bad, too.

There are shops, supermarkets, and the metro just a few steps away, which was handy. The apartment was comfortable and worked well for six adults and one child to sleep. I'd happily stay there again.
The apartment looked nice, but rain flooded two rooms and water came through the chandeliers. All the beds got wet, and water spread through the place. We called for help, and two maintenance workers came, tried to dry things, and shut off the power. That left us unable to use both bedrooms and one bathroom, which was blocked by all the wet clothes. From 1 p.m. we kept trying to reach Booking.com and the owners, but no one found a solution. They passed us from one phone call to another and kept asking for photos and videos without telling us what was happening. At 8:30 p.m. they called again and said, yet again, they couldn't find a solution for us that night. They didn't seem to understand how serious it was, with power surges in the water. Our clothes were all soaked, and they didn't know how to deal with the situation. Seven of us were left in the lurch, and our holiday was ruined. ✈️
