January, and the heating wasn't working. Coming in from the airport to a freezing room was quite a surprise. Support on WhatsApp acted like they didn't understand and didn't seem to care. They told me to set the controls to 24C and wait 30 minutes, which was insulting advice when that's how the heating is supposed to work anyway. Avoid this place, you don't need that hassle on vacation.

Getting checked in was easy, and the room was really clean with cute decor. There was a Nespresso machine and a small fridge stocked with water and juice, thanks to Olala homes. The location is great, about 20 minutes from the city center. We had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was fixed the same day.

The apartment was modern and nice, and the shower, TV, and internet all worked well. The location isn't anything special, but it's handy for the metro, with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Staff dealt quickly with our questions and problems even though nobody was there full time. Maintenance was happening during our stay, so hopefully the very loud air-con unit will be fixed soon. We had to turn it off to sleep.

We arrived after a long journey to find little treats waiting in the fridge, a lovely touch. The apartments were spacious, beautifully designed, very new, and spotlessly clean. They're right across the street from the metro, about 10 minutes from Sol and Plaza mayor. I'd definitely come back.
