The location is fantastic, and the place feels cozy and safe. My room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff were friendly. For a solo traveler who mainly needs somewhere to sleep, it’s a good place to stay. There are some drawbacks: the walls are really thin, and the furniture is old. Both the room and bathroom are small, only comfortable if you’re a small person. It was also hard to find from outside because there’s no sign, so the entrance looks like an ordinary apartment building. Go downstairs, ring the Victoria bell, then take the elevator to 4.

Camillia, who takes care of the cleaning, is one of the kindest people I’ve met. The front desk is staffed 24 hours, and I got excellent service. The walls are thin, so keep that in mind. I stayed four nights on my own and had a great time. Don’t let the 2 star rating put you off. It’s especially good for solo travelers or two people, with a private bathroom and AC. The location is top notch, near the metro and all the nice bars and restaurants. Muchas Gracias.

The receptionist was really nice and always helped us. It’s a homely, comfortable place once you’re inside, though the entrance doesn’t look like much.

It was surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of the city. The clean, cozy room is on a major street, a short walk from several major sights, rather than tucked away on a side street off the city centre. A handy budget place for exploring madrid city centre.

The staff were so warm and helpful, always around to buzz us in even late at night. They also made the beds and brought fresh towels. Victoria III was in a handy spot, and I had a great stay. I'd happily book again.
