The location made it easy to explore Madrid on foot, and Plaza España metro stop is just down the block for getting farther afield. The Deluxe room was very spacious, with a comfortable bed and some of the firmest, most supportive pillows I've had at a hotel. The rainfall shower was relaxing, and the service was friendly. A very comfortable hotel in a great location.

A special thanks to the Reservation Team, especially Helena, for being professional, kind and so helpful. They handled everything smoothly and with care. It was a truly 5-star experience at VP Plaza España Design, and I'd highly recommend it.

The room was great, and the staff were awesome and super attentive. When I called, they responded right away and tailored things to my needs. There are also designated staff who stop by twice a day to refill the minibar. I mentioned a concern about the bathroom on my first day, and they fixed it immediately. The AC is one of the few hotel systems that actually works, instead of having a centrally controlled fake thermostat. Loved this hotel!

The rooms are beautiful and all have amazing views. The staff were respectful, kind and supportive, and took such good care of us. Special thanks to Ernesto and Marta for welcoming us. Fantastic hotel and staff. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

The buffet breakfast was the highlight: everything was tasty and high quality. It gets crowded, but there are enough seats. The rooms are good and the price is right for the area. They did try to upsell us to a higher floor, which we hadn't wanted. They said it would be a bigger room, but it was actually slightly smaller than the room we'd paid for without the upgrade.
