The apartment is fairly spacious and bright, and it’s quiet at night, so sleeping is comfortable. I’ve been living here for two months and love it. The rooftop is a nice spot to meet friends for a barbecue, and the gym is convenient. One issue during cleaning: the cleaner didn’t notice my daughter’s toy and took it away with the sheets to be laundered. The cleaning staff should be more careful. Update: we waited almost two months and still couldn’t get the deposit back.

The reception staff are polite and helpful, and the design looks lovely. At first glance, the rooms and included services seem great. But the electricity went out dozens of times during my stay in the second apartment I rented for a few months. I rented two different apartments, and they asked me for a deposit for each one, which isn’t correct. Under the contract, they were supposed to return each deposit within a month of my leaving. They ignored my messages after that deadline, and only paid after I spent money sending a burofax. I consider that dishonest and a failure to meet their contractual obligations. I don’t recommend this place at all. If your deposit hasn’t been returned within a month, I suggest hiring a lawyer to send a burofax. It costs between 80 and 150 euros, but it works 100%: you’ll receive your deposit in 24/48 hours.

The deposit was the worst part. They kept ghosting me and never answered my calls or messages when I asked about it. It took two months to get it back. Trying to book was a nightmare too. Their sales service was terrible, it was hard to get an answer by phone or wait for a response, and they didn’t pick up or call back. If you’re okay with an okay hotel-style short-term rental and waiting two months for your deposit with no customer service, go ahead, but expect a nightmare experience.

The facilities are great, which is why I gave two stars. But there’s nothing nearby to do and nothing within walking distance. Two months after leaving, I’m still chasing my deposit and the pro-rata rent for the unused days. I’d look elsewhere; there are plenty of options around.
