The staff were friendly and quick to help, and even helped with my luggage when I arrived. I stayed four nights and had a good night's sleep every night in the large, comfortable bed. The room was modern and clean, and housekeeping was impeccable each day. The hotel is close to the metro, and Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol were about a 10-minute walk away. WiFi was strong and steady, so I could work and browse without trouble. I'd give the hotel five stars and recommend it for the cleanliness, location, and service if you're visiting Madrid.

The bed was very comfortable, and after long days out exploring Madrid, it was easy to relax in the room. Both the rooms and restrooms were sparkling clean. I also appreciated the coffee machine in the hallway and complimentary bottled water, and the staff were warm and friendly. Woohoo Rooms Boutique Luna is a small, family-style hotel that feels cozy and welcoming as soon as you arrive. Its location is unbeatable, just steps from Gran Vía, basically Madrid's Broadway, with shops, cafés, attractions, and the city's energy right there. It's a delightful place to stay, and I'd happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid.

Shopping was easy from here, with the hotel close to the shops. The room was clean, and both the air-conditioning and shower worked perfectly. The staff were polite and helpful. I had an excellent stay in Madrid.

Getting a taxi for our early flight was easy, thanks to the friendly, professional staff who were ready to help. The online check-in went smoothly, and our room was cleaned every day and kept spotless. We loved the modern design and the central setting. A wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, and Woohoo helped us make great Madrid memories.

Eugenia was especially attentive, though everyone we met was lovely and the service impressed me. The location is unbeatable. It was my second stay at a Woohoo hotel, and this one exceeded my expectations too. The room was so clean I’d have been happy with it in my own home. The mattress was very comfortable, and the pillows were great, which is unusual for me even at five-star hotels. I have nothing negative to say and can’t wait to return to one of their hotels.
