Most of the interesting places are an easy walk away, and Gran Via is only two steps from the hotel. The location in Madrid is perfect. The whole place looks brand new, and the rooms are comfortable with beautiful design. The staff were lovely and helpful from the start. They left free snacks, bottled water and juices, and there’s Netflix on the TV at no extra cost. I had the best experience here and would definitely come back. Thanks for such a great stay.

The price is high, but it feels like you’re paying for quality. The location is central and on a quiet street. The building is a private estate and doesn’t look like a hotel, but they’ve turned the renovated apartment into a fantastic place to stay. Everything is brand new and spotless, with thoughtful extras like Netflix and snacks. The room is bright, charming and well insulated. The staff are always wonderful and attentive to your comfort, especially Santy, Martina and María.

Everything worked well, from the good shower and air conditioning to the minibar. The room was a little cramped but clean, and the location was excellent.

We always choose this place when we visit Madrid. It feels welcoming, thanks to the attentive reception and contact center staff, who are always ready to help. The rooms and shared areas are spotless, and getting in with a card or codes is straightforward. It's a renovated stay right in the center, steps from Gran Vía and about five minutes from Puerta del Sol and the historic center.
