HSM Atlantic Park Hotel

The staff were kind and professional, and the pool bar team deserve a special mention, especially Raquel and Ray. Unfortunately, good staff can't make up for the management and hotel chain's choices. Hygiene was acceptable, nothing more. Despite being called all-inclusive, even a bottle of water costs extra, there's no minibar or room service menu, and no Do Not Disturb sign. The cleaner knocked every morning at 9:30, which was annoying, especially in Magaluf. The free cocktails come from a machine and the alcohol is so weak it just gives you a headache. Anything decent costs extra, so the all-inclusive offer feels like a scam. It seems more aimed at seniors or families, and not right for young people after a proper Magaluf experience.

The hotel was quiet and the room was clean, basic but had what we needed. The pool was cold, though there were plenty of sun loungers, and the bar service was nice, if a bit pricey. We spent three nights here on half board and the food was generous and great. Shops are all around, and the beach is an easy walk. Very satisfied, and grateful for a relaxing few days.

The hotel and rooms are clean, and the staff are faultless, so kind and helpful. But the food is bland and tasteless, with hardly any choice. We're all inclusive and haven't been eating there. It's not a good fit for a fussy eater or anyone hoping for English-style dishes. The meats all come in odd sauces and things like that.

The pool was nice, and the paella was good. There was a decent-ish range of drinks, though prices are high if you're not all inclusive. The hotel is really close to the Magaluf Strip. The food in general wasn't great, and the pool shut at 19:00. Staff could be a bit odd at times. Cleaning staff knocked at 9:00, calling “OLA BUENOS DIAS” and waking us up. Plumbers also just opened the door to fix something while we were inside.
