Alojamiento Jose Carlos

I spent just one night there, which was plenty. The smell throughout the place was awful, and the walls were so thin that every conversation and even sex from nearby rooms came through. I also found bugs in the bed, hair all over, and stained sheets. I won't be back, and I can't recommend it.

What a mess. The TV is like a phone fixed to the wall, and the fridge is yellowed and marked up. As for cleanliness, the bed, bathroom, table, and wardrobe were all filthy, with cobwebs as well. I can't name one good thing about this place. Don't spend your money here.

The food was good for the price, and the women at the breakfast counter were friendly. That was about all we appreciated. Our rooms were in a terrible, run-down and very dirty state. One had no wardrobe at all, and another had one so damaged it looked ready to fall apart. There was mold, dirt, broken clothes hooks, hair on the ceiling, and floor stains that could have been cleaned easily. No alternative rooms were offered, and nobody gave the room a proper hygienic cleaning. Our stay was miserable, and we barely slept. Neighbors woke us repeatedly in the early hours with loud noise and sex, while construction workers staying at the hotel started noisy machinery at 6:00 a.m. The hotel did nothing about our complaints. Wi-Fi didn't work in the rooms or on the shared terrace, and we couldn't get mobile data in the rooms either. The towels weren't replaced, they were just hung back up. While we were briefly at reception trying to sort things out, someone took a towel from our car in the courtyard.

We had a really bad stay. The rooms smelled strongly of tobacco, and the price was far too high for what was provided. I'd avoid this place.
