The studio was nice and had what we needed, plus two small bottles of mineral water, a packet of chips, and earplugs. Those earplugs came in handy, since the street was extremely loud all night over the weekend. Don't count on sleeping well. There were ants on the floor, and the shower could use some refurbishment. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything. We paid for breakfast but couldn't use it in the end because we had to catch a bus at 9 am, while breakfast was served from 9 to 11.

Utterly awful. The apartment was noisy and broken, the lift didn't work, and the customer service was the worst I've ever had.

My friend and I had a room with two little balconies, and the agency was so helpful when I called. They answered every time. They even left cakes in the apartment for my friend's birthday. Nothing negative to say, and we're grateful for a great stay! It was spotless and in a great location. Yes, it was noisy, but after a full day of walking, good food, and a few drinks, we slept like angels. In the center of town, some noise is to be expected. We didn't mind and enjoyed every moment.
