4/10
It was okay, but definitely too cramped for more than a couple, despite being advertised for four. Not spacious at all. No go.

6/10
The location is good, but the price is very high for the apartment’s condition. The shower was badly neglected, with a very dirty, worn screen, and the shower head was so broken it snapped. They should maintain it better.

It needs improvements and hasn’t been maintained very well. I don’t recommend it.
